Being cognizant of the snowfall this morning, they shoveled not only a path to our front door but also our driveway and sidewalk! They both had a friendly and personable demeanor, and were very sensitive to my dog's fear of their loud equipment. Donovan also suggested ways to use our system more efficiently. They finished by bringing our dog a bone and vacuuming as they backed out the front door. From start to finish, this was a pleasant company to work with. Highly recommend."
