Severance has quietly become one of the fastest-growing towns in Weld County. Subdivisions like Timber Ridge, Overlook, and the Belmont developments have added hundreds of new homes on ground that was farmland just a few years ago — and every one of those new builds arrives with a full load of construction debris packed inside the ductwork.
