Nunn is genuinely rural — a small unincorporated ranching community along Highway 85, about halfway between Ault and Cheyenne. The population is small, the land is wide open, and the wind is more or less constant. Nunn sits at over 5,200 feet on the northern high plains, and homes here face wind exposure comparable to Cheyenne — steady, gusty, and loaded with fine dust from surrounding dryland farms, cattle ranches, and open range. Housing is predominantly older ranch-style homes, farmhouses, and manufactured homes on generous rural lots. Many have their own well systems, propane heat, and long ductwork runs through crawl spaces or basements — all of which introduce their own dust, moisture, and rodent-related contaminants over time. Because Nunn is small, families here have historically had to drive to Fort Collins or Greeley for HVAC and duct service, and many local homes have never had a professional duct cleaning simply because it wasn't easily accessible. We drive up from Windsor on our northern route (about 40 minutes) and cover Nunn regularly, usually bundled with Wellington and Cheyenne stops. We don't add any travel surcharge for rural addresses, and we take pride in serving small communities the same way we serve larger ones.
